There is something comforting about a nice warm gooey cookie. It scream comfort. Its the food of the cookie monster after all. After a nice long hard day at work, most people reach for that single malt whiskey, or that nicely ages glass of wine to help them relax. Not for me. A nice fresh [ ... ]
